StoriumEdu是由来自斯坦福大学的教育和游戏专家与美国国家写作项目(National Writing Project)共同设计制作，致力于提升三年以以上小学生初中生以及高中生的写作水平。

在这个项目里小朋友们两三人组成一个写作小组，根据StoriumEdu里每个storyworld设置好的故事开头和结局以及各章节的情景卡输出自己的写作。

小组成员轮流接龙，最终完成一篇完整的创意故事。

StoriumEdu里有各种不同功能的卡牌。

故事主线由四张卡牌决定，分别是故事发生的地点，故事的基调，故事的开头和结尾（通常由老师设定）。

故事主线设定好后，每个成员选择自己在故事中角色。

所有小组成员选好角色之后，小组的组织者点击start the game提交给老师，老师批准后故事就可以开始写了。

每个故事由若干章节组成，每个章节又包含若干场景。

进入章节后，第一个小组成员要选择本章本场景的场景卡。

场景卡包括场景发生的地点，本章故事成员面临的挑战，结局是成功还是失败。

每个小组成员在输入自己的写作时需要先出一张牌，然后围绕这张牌来构思自己的写作。

同时还要再抽取一张牌。

每个故事包含四章，每章包含一个场景。

在每个场景里每个小组成员都可以输入一个move。

move是跟故事情节相关并推动故事情节发展的输入；

在等待其他组员的时候，也可以选择写一个flashback。

flashback是过去发生的故事，是对你所选的角色的一个背景交代和补充。

所有故事都会由我们的童书作家Marie点评，下面是她的自我介绍和她参与编写的童书：

Marie, aka K.C Murphy has always had an extremely vivid imagination and finds story ideas popping into her head at the most inopportune moments, like 2am!

After many years of ghostwriting for other people she decided to try her hand at writing her own children’s stories, and has since been published by Tiny Readers, in their digital library.

Marie lives in the beautiful city of Plymouth in the United Kingdom with her husband Nick, their little rescue dog Ruby and their 18-year-old chinchilla Beano.Working with rhyme is a favourite with Marie and she firmly believes she was rhyming words before she could talk properly.

Marie volunteers for a mental health charity where she helps children, teenagers and adults who feel in a crisis situation in their lives to reach a calmer place

It’s Marie’s belief that every child deserves to be able to read and therefore enjoy the magical world of literature.

Much of her inspiration for story writing comes from everyday life and seeing the extraordinary in the ordinar
