In chapter 33-Capricorn’s Maid,silver tongue “adopted”Farid and the quotation from <Great Expectations >was:As I never saw my father or my mother ……..this is a reason that I could speculate that Farid had never seen his parents,and this is also why silvertongue adopted him .But I think silvertongue has seen his natural parents,because this quotation had give him the clue for the whole chapter,so it talked about silvertongue and Farid story in this chapter,I could have also known that every quotation of other books .Most of them has some clue for the chapter that they were in. This can also advance reminder the readers what is going to tell.You could read the quotations first if you don’t have enough time to finish the whole chapter,that’s why the author puts the over books quotation at the beginning of each chapter.

The Maya people believe in the sun,and when there are slaves,they will paint some blue paint on the slaves. They believe if they sacrificed people to the sun,then they will be healthy and everything will keep good. If they think they sacrificed enough people they will play hunting games,their prey are the slaves.Their cultures some are like us,like they have the kings, the people but the different is they are cruel, no mercy and believed in sacrifice peoples but now the culture is more civilization than the Mayas,no people sacrifice and no people hunting and now peoples more believe in science also don’t have maya people feudalistic superstition.

it is different because if you told a story from a humans perspective,you would find out that a human wouldn’t have so much questions,because we can consider by ourselves,but a horse doesn’t know what is going on,so they could just obey their masters order and horses are not so clever so they can’t recount so clear but a human could narrate it clear and organized.This book extents a story of a horse in the First World War.

I think <war horse> told us the story at the First World War like what would you face ,and what could happen to you,and also tells us that how are the soldiers on the battlefield,and it can let the students know how cruel the war is .
As a horse standpoint,it’s not just be a book that telling us the facts of the First World War, it’s also a interesting fiction story book . There was a scene like this: both of us were recived like conquering heroes ,but we both know that the real heroes had not come to home ,they are lying out in France alongside captainNicholls ,topthorn,friedrich,David and little Emilie . This told us that the ones who died in the war will never come back ,it’s also telling us not to look forward to the war but love peace .

if I was in Victoria , I would think; oh! this is so dumb! How could he do that, and what the hell is the time traveller doing? I don’t think things will change so much going forward,and if I had this machine, I can travel to two hundred years ago and see what’s happened.
And if I was a reader in 1965 I will think,oh! That’s interesting. Now the second adventure is: they became hunters and oh! You can’t imagine it! They catched 6 cobras in a truck and became shriveled up and then they returned home for a quiet peaceful life.

Her name is,butterfly!how much children she has,10. Behavior,it likes to drink cool water and like to eat aphis,s. After the chat was finished, grandma and the boy set off and found ingredients and they made 3299 bottles of mouse maker and the boy tipped dose’s of mouse maker in every witches food and bring on cat’s !after the work they got every bit of of the castle and set off .
Chapter 24
After the triumph and they got on to the houses which the witches live it took 5years to complete and they finally settled down for the peace and the life in a giant castle and for 4 years ,but now there is NO MORE witches !hooray!
Ps: grandma actually lived 11 more years than 9years (isn’t that amazing? So cool !
